This interior design package is perfect for you if:
- You have one or several rooms you'd like to give a makeover
- You want to know the design fee upfront
Packages starting at 630€/room (max. 25m2):

- Color Scheme (incl. paint colors)

- Shopping list (1 option/item) & Instructions
- 60min Online presentation
You can book additional rounds of revisions (incl. presentations) and detailed plans for lighting, materials or moodboards as needed.
How it works:
- We discuss all your needs in a discovery call
- Over the coming weeks I create your ready-to-execute design plan
- We go through the design plan in a 60-min online presentation (you provide any feedback)
- You are ready to realize your project (ask me for support if needed) with a clear design plan
Full Interior Design Service
Sit back and watch your space transform with our complete interior design service, covering planning and execution.
This interior design package is perfect for you if:
- You would like to transform your space in a hands-off manner
- You are planning a larger renovation or redecoration project, for example in your kitchen or bathroom
- You have a fluid project budget
What this includes:
- Color Scheme (incl. paint colors)
- 2D/3D Floorplan
- Shopping List
- Materials Selection
- Lighting Plan
- Up to 2 rounds of Design Revisions
- Material and product procurement on your behalf
- Order Management
- Contractor Coordination (management, communication)
How it works:
- We discuss all your needs in a discovery call
- Over the coming weeks/months I create your design plan
- Occasionally I share the progress with you & we agree on important design decisions (60min online/onsite meetings)
- Once the plan is approved we take care of any orders and arrange the work with contractors
- You are ready to enjoy your new space
Consultation
Get expert advice on any of your questions, such as colors, space planning, lighting or textiles.
This option is perfect for you if:
- You feel confident to plan your interior independently
- But are seeking professional guidance in one or multiple areas
Book me for a 2h consultation (starting at 150€) online or at your home.
How it works:
- Fill a short questionnaire, incl. your questions and pictures of your space
- Based on the information you provided we will explore the best options during the consultation
- I send you a short written summary of our recommendations
- You are ready to go to get into planning your new space
VIP Day
Turn your ideas into a ready design plan within one day, not weeks or months.
This interior design package is perfect for you if:
- You are planning a room makeover with a quick turn-around
- You already have good idea of what you want
- You have limited budget but still want a designer's input
- You don't want to redo everything, just freshen things up
Book me for a half (270€) or full VIP day (410€), where we nail down:
- Your colors (incl. paint colors)
- Your layout (2D/3D plan)
- Any needed furniture, materials, decor
... in the course of one day, so you have what you need to start realizing your design the same week.
How it works:
- Fill a short questionnaire about your project, incl. pictures of your space
- We sit together during one day to co-design the new space at your home
- I send you a short summary of our design plan within the following days
- You are ready to go to project realization (ask me for support if needed) with a clear design plan
Note: Maielena is not VAT-registered, which means that all prices listed are VAT-free. You do not need to pay any additional VAT on my services.
Note: Check if you are eligible for a tax-reduction on the work-related costs of your project (Finland: Kotitalousvähennys). This typically includes planning costs for larger renovations (kitchen, bathroom, full home renovation) and any type of renovation work. The amount can be considerable.
